Plans: Training plans
Below is an overview of our training and nutrition plans. It is important that these training plans should serve you mainly as an inspiration. Often you can not take training or nutrition plans 1: 1. Each person is different, has a different physique and / or body types (ecto-, meso- or endomorph). In addition, you should adjust your training schedule every 8 weeks at the latest, so that your body can be stimulated in a new way.
