ingredients

  • 1/4 Tasse Vanilla-Wheyprotein von Fitnessmagnet
  • 170 g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of lean quark or cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
  • 1 Tasse frische Brombeeren (Anstelle von Brombeeren können natürlich auch andere Beeren verwendet werden)
