Ingredients for the recipe
• 3 eggs (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites)
• 50g Instant Oats
• 30g Whey Protein Vanilla
• Flav Drops Vanilla
• 125g lean pots
• 1 heaped EL Chia Seed
• 50ml almond milk
• 1 pinch of baking soda
• 1 tbsp sugar substitute
• 100g blueberries / blueberries
preparation
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff, mix the whole egg with the remaining ingredients. Fold in egg whites and add mass to a baking tin lined with baking paper. For about 20 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven.
